Aishwarya is an HR professional who has lived inside the tools, spreadsheets and stitched-together processes that most people teams put up with every day. ASHR.work is the platform she wished she had — built to give modern HR teams toolkits that actually match how the new-gen workforce works.

Her focus is on practical, opinionated workflows for the things HR really does: onboarding people quickly, running performance and feedback cycles that don't collapse, keeping documents and policies in one place, and giving managers and employees a clean self-service experience. The goal isn't more software — it's less friction.
